Thanks to everyone who responded to date. Please feel free to forward the survey link to anyone you like. I hope to get at least 100 respondents before this is done.
This has been a bit more difficult to format for use than I imagined but now I have a framework for future summaries. There are 25 pages but there are lots of tables and charts and Google forced spacing.
You will not find a narrative response to the summary here as I just have not had time for that yet. I welcome anyone to summarize for themselves and post it to the comment section at the end of this post or send me an e-mail and I will post your summary for all to see - anonymous at your request.
I may post comments to a section at a time as the muse hits me. No closed fist please muse!
