shake, shake, shake

Want to save a few million premature deaths each year? Regulate salt, said researchers at the World Nutrition Rio2012 meeting held here last week.

A little salt won't hurt ya!

I think salt is great. My heroes and mentors are the salt suckers from the original star trek. I can't live without it. My favorite destination is salt lake city and every old person is an old salt to me. My second favorite place is rhode island. Since it. Is surrounded by salt water. So let's all embrace salt and all it represents!!

Published.   Only so much I can do.  Completely consistent with speed and rapidity of the blog posts.  Currently suffering ouzo poisoning as I roam Greece seeking my next posting subject.   Will keep my eyes open for your sailboat as I cruise the isles.

Lots wife was a pillar, the salt flats are not cubes but are spongy, and the I call salt white gold as they both make we sting when in get too much in my eyes - I think.   Maybe white pepper?

Inet cafe kicking me out.  Gotta go.
